- Models the path from inbound email to a manager-confirmed order.
- Separates roles, status workflow, files and integration boundaries.
- Core flow is implemented; the archive and STL pipeline is awaiting pilot acceptance.

- Imports Markdown, DOCX and PDF resumes.

- Checks factual risks before DOCX or PDF export.

AsyncTaskManager
A subsystem for starting long operations separately from client requests and executing them in worker threads.
Role
C++ design and implementation.
Highlights
- Returns a task identifier and exposes task state separately.
- Uses a queue, mutex and condition variable without busy waiting.
- Runs the operation outside the queue lock and defines orderly shutdown.
